The Deputy Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development Member, Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs, David Smith, said that the upcoming Bangladesh Trade Expo 2024 will get support from the Ontario Government of Canada.

He also mentioned that the government will provide all the facilities needed for the event, which has the target of showcasing Bangladesh’s trade potential for Canadian investors.

Areef Rahman, chairman of the International Trade Expo & Investment, and Farzana Ali, CO-Chair of the same organization, had a visit to the Deputy Minister on November 27th at Queen’s Park Legislative Building.

David Smith expressed his wishes for the success of the Trade Expo and confirmed to provide cooperation by standing beside.

Both Bangladeshi and Canadian businesspeople have much to share and expose in two countries, said the Deputy Minister.
